If you wish to return an item you purchased from Whimsey Hollow you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to Whimsey Hollow. Credit for the item will not be issued until Whimsey Hollow receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned without notice. Damages caused in shipping must be reported to Whimsey Hollow within 3 days after the item is received. Whimsey Hollow will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value, or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.
